Rude and disrespectful. I would have gone zero stars but that’s not an option. I used the app to check-in one of my sons and had an initial wait time of 55 minutes. So we stopped at chili’s since we were in the shopping center, and right after ordering our food we get a notice that our stylist was ready for us. I left my wife with the food. When we arrived at Sports Clips there was a lady and her two children waiting and two stylist. My son was first on the list since we used the app. But one of the stylist said that there was an error in the ordering. So they took one of her kids back first... I was okay with that. Then when the other stylist got free I asked if we could “split the difference” and be next since we were told via the app they were ready for us... I got the same story, so I pleaded that I left my wife and food since their app said they were ready for us. The response from the stylist “I hope you have a good microwave!” Really!!!!! This upset me and it upset the mother of the other children who tried to defend the stylist actions. This is unacceptable, disrespectful, and lacks any level of customer service that is expected of even the most basic service business. Needless to say we did not stay. Sports Clips Prosper (or anyone under the same management) will no longer get my business - and Me and my 4 kids have been going there since the day it opened. This may not hurt their business but buyer beware of being treated like crap!

What a joke this store is. Don’t bother getting an appointment online because it does not mean a **** thing. You get there and they let walk-ins go ahead of you. The kids running this place simply don’t get it. After reading some other reviews, I guess it’s just the way they do business. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Too many other, better places to get a haircut!
